How long does the order take delivery?We’re very happy to say we deliver to anything (residential, business, and P.O. Boxes ), anywhere in KSA. Unless you request otherwise we use FedEx as our preferred courier company. They’re reliable and have been doing shipping and logistics for yonks.

How long does your tea stay fresh?The answer is…it depends on the tea. Because some of our blends have big chunks of fruit, chocolate and other great stuff, they don’t always stay fresh as long as our traditional straight teas. To keep your teas fresh, always store them in a cool, dry and dark place. Also, keep them well sealed.

How much caffeine is there in a cup of teaIt’s hard to say for sure because there are lots of things that affect it such as water temperature and steeping time. However, we can guarantee our herbal teas are caffeine free.

How should I store my tea?Keep it in a dry and cool place (definitely under 25 degrees), away from the stove and out of the refrigerator or freezer. Also, keep it away from other strong smell items. Generally an airtight container is the best home, it protects against exposure to light, humidity and high temperatures

What is the brewing temperature and time for teas?*This table is a one size fits all for brewing temperature and times. It’s always better to go specific so pay attention to the brewing instructions on each tea’s package.

How do I know the quality and safety of Tea products?All of our teas are rigorously selection for food safety and comply with EU regulations. The EU has strict pesticide standards and it also has test laboratories that detect pesticides at lower levels. They make sure we’re squeaky clean.

Online Purchases
At The Afternoon Tea , LLC, we sell a lot of merchandise to our customers. When processing an order, we need to know your name, mailing address, email address, credit card number, security code, and expiration date. This information is necessary to process your order and to keep you updated on your shipping status.
Shipping & returns policy
We want you to be happy. If not, we’ll happily process a refund (this refund will be minus the shipment cost). Send your unopened item back to us within 15 business days from the date of shipment. The cost of return shipment will be your own, and remember to keep your tax invoice for proof of purchase. Once we receive your return our team will check the condition of the items. If they look poorly we may deny a refund.
If you receive something in a damaged condition we are so sorry. We’ll replace it at no extra cost.

How do I return/exchange items from my order?
Talk to us first. Email Afternoon.tea@hotmail.com or call 0564616127 and we’ll give you a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
